This beautifully located ground floor waterfront condo is designed for making memories, whether you’re planning a family vacation, couples retreat, girls’ weekend, or relaxing escape by the water. With direct lawn access right outside your sliding door, you’re just steps from the lake, beach area, seasonal pool, hot tub, docks, and all the fun Chelan has to offer.

This spacious 1-bedroom condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests and combines comfort, convenience, and an unbeatable location. The primary bedroom features a king bed, while the living area offers a Murphy bed and pull-out sofa, making it a great setup for families or small groups. The open living space includes a full kitchen stocked for cooking meals at home, a cozy fireplace for cooler evenings, games for family fun, and thoughtful kid-friendly amenities including a Pack & Play crib.

One of the best parts of this condo is the location. Being on the ground floor means easy access for kids coming and going from the lawn, quick trips to the lake, and seamless indoor/outdoor living. In the summer, spend your days swimming, boating, paddleboarding, or relaxing poolside. During the cooler months, cozy up by the fireplace and enjoy peaceful lake views and the magic of Chelan’s winter season, including holiday fireworks visible right from your private patio.

Additional amenities include free WiFi, in-unit washer and dryer, one designated parking space, and an easy walkable location that allows you to park your car and truly enjoy everything Chelan has to offer without constantly driving around town.

The pool is seasonal and weather dependent, typically open from early May through early October, though dates may vary with the weather. Upon arrival, all guests and vehicles must be registered, and a registration form will be signed. Guests under the age of 25 will also be required to sign a liability form agreeing to the underage policy. Please note that noise complaints, disruptive behavior, disrespect of staff or other guests, or failure to follow property rules may result in immediate eviction with no refund.

Payment Policy
To confirm your reservation, 25% of the total reservation cost is collected at the time of booking.
The remaining balance will be automatically charged 30 days prior to your arrival using the payment method provided during booking. We will send a friendly reminder a few days before your final payment is processed.
If you need to update your payment method or have any questions about your reservation, please contact our office before your final payment date. We're happy to help!
