Welcome to Grandview #713, a cozy little escape that’s all about slowing down and enjoying the view. This King Suite sits right on the water, so you can wake up in bed and watch the river drift by, it’s truly picturesque and one of those views you don’t get tired of. In the evenings, curl up by the fireplace with a glass of wine, or step out onto your private balcony and take in the peaceful waterfront setting.

The suite features a comfortable king bed, and large windows that bring the water right into the room. It’s the kind of space that feels warm, calm, and easy, it's the perfect spot for a romantic getaway or a quiet Chelan retreat.

The GrandView on the Lake is one of Chelan’s most loved waterfront condo hotels, offering an unbeatable location close to it all. You’re just a short walk from historic downtown Chelan, where you’ll find great restaurants, wine tasting, live music, shopping, and lakeside activities. Whether you’re here for a weekend escape, a longer stay, or event lodging, everything you need is right outside your door.

The pool is seasonal and weather dependent, typically open from early May through early October, though dates may vary with the weather. Upon arrival, all guests and vehicles must be registered, and a registration form will be signed. Guests under the age of 25 will also be required to sign a liability form agreeing to the underage policy. Please note that noise complaints, disruptive behavior, disrespect of staff or other guests, or failure to follow property rules may result in immediate eviction with no refund.

Lake access changes throughout the year, with water levels generally high enough for access starting around mid-June and lowering again in the fall. Year-round beach access is available just 200 feet from the property at the Ranger Station.
