GrandView #300 is a beautifully remodeled, third-floor waterfront condo offering comfort, style, and unbeatable Lake Chelan views. This modern retreat features two cozy queen beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable seating area—perfect for morning coffee, evening relaxation, or gathering with friends and family. You’ll also enjoy a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and everything you need for a stress-free stay.

The GrandView on the Lake is one of Chelan’s most sought-after waterfront condo hotels. Ideally located near all major Chelan attractions and the historic downtown main street, it’s the perfect home base for business travel, weekend escapes, or extended getaways. Walk to nearby restaurants, wine tasting rooms, live music, recreation, and more!

Please Note:
The pool is seasonal and weather-dependent. We aim to have it open from early May to early October, but dates may vary depending on conditions.
Upon arrival, all guests and vehicles must be registered. Guests under 25 will be required to sign a liability agreement in accordance with our underage policy.
Noise complaints, property rule violations, or disrespectful behavior toward staff or other guests may result in immediate eviction with no refund.

Payment Policy:
To confirm your reservation, 25% of the total reservation cost is collected at the time of booking.
The remaining balance will be automatically charged 30 days prior to your arrival using the payment method provided during booking. We will send a friendly reminder a few days before your final payment is processed.
If you need to update your payment method or have any questions about your reservation, please contact our office before your final payment date. We're happy to help!

Lake Access:
Lake levels vary by season. Direct access to the lake typically begins mid-June and continues through October. However, year-round beach access is available just 200 feet away at the nearby Ranger Station.

"This is not my first time at the Grandview and most definitely won't be my last! I recently came up to Chelan to celebrate Winterfest and hear some great music. My latest stay was in unit 300. The unit itself is a 1 bedroom. It is light, clean, and airy with a beautiful view. My room was appointed with a full array of cooking gear/utensils, luxurious linens donned on comfortable beds, high quality toiletries with plenty of towels, and a small table and chairs for dining. Would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a great getaway

"My favorite uplake unit for the beachy floor and tile and open kitchen; perfect for us two. Simple and sweet and comfortable lounging and well appointed kitchen, and private intimate deck with gorgeous uplake awesome views. Best location (better than Campbells) for views of the Lake. Clean rooms.

Great stay

"We have stayed a few times at grand view but this is the first time in this room. We were on the top floor with a lake view and it was a stunning view at each point in our stay. From waking up in the morning with a cup of coffee on the deck, to winding down at night with wine it was perfect. We also got to see a lightning storm from our window view and that was still a stunning site. Seeing into the crystal clear water is always a pleasure. We can also see when our family from other rooms hit the pool so we could join them. This unit had lots of space for my family of four and a family friend. We would love to come back and stay here. If there is anything to improve on I would say the unit could def use a new, larger cutting board. Also if it would be great to provide a non glass/ metal alternative bowl/ large container to bring snacks down to the pool. Overall we had a blast.

"We stay at the Grandview often and have come to love it. What impressed us the most this time around was the staff and the extra efforts they put in to making this the best resort on the lake. From the maintenance crews that clean the BBQ's every single morning to the landscaper watering the plants religiously to the staff that sweeps away the cobwebs on the deck railing. The prompt response to a bathtub issue we had was impressive and we will always come back to the Grandview on the Lake. Please let your staff (team members) know that their hard work is noticed and appreciated.

"This is our second summer staying at GrandView and will not be our last. We absolutely loved our room. The room is updated, clean, fresh and well supplied. In the past we've had bug and bat issues, but this unit is far enough back from the water, that it isn't an issue. From the moment you walk in, the view of the lake is amazing! It's also close enough to the pool for you to keep an eye on your kiddos from the spacious balcony. The beds were not the most comfortable and they squeak. That's the only reason I am not giving it a 5- star review.

"Nicely tastefully remodeled room in quiet part of third floor. The conference room is above so no running children overhead which I appreciate after wine tasting! Enjoyed my stay for the wine fest which was awesome!

"Easy access to room with elevators for those who have trouble with stairs like myself. Very helpful staff. Perfect little kitchen with appliances and everything you need to make meals to dine in when you want to. Owners did a fantastic job with updating the shower, flooring, counters, etc.

Grandeur at the Grandview

"My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Grandview. We rented a two bedroom condo on the fourth floor. The room was well cared for, clean and fully stocked with all the amenities to make for a wonderful getaway. My wife enjoyed the vanity lights in the bathroom and the king bed in the master bedroom. It may have been some of the best sleep we have had in years. However, most of all is the view from the fourth floor. It was nothing short of awesomeness! Early morning sunrises and late evening sunsets with a glass of wine was truly inspirational. Great job Grandview!

Nice room with a view

"My boyfriend and I stayed in this room during summer. We had a blast at the hotel since it’s on the lake and close to the town of Chelan. The room itself was nice and had a view with a balcony to hang out at outside. It also had a kitchen which was useful in saving some money by not going out for a few meals. I hope to be back sometime next year

"WE loved our stay at the Grandview(403)! Very clean. Fantastic view and very quiet! The lighting in the master bathroom is very dark and the bed slanted on one side. Other than that everything was perfect and we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

"We had a wonderful stay at The Grandview, the condo was clean and plenty of space for the four of us, the only complaint is the bathrooms were very dark could hardly see yourself! The grounds were clean and the pool was great! We will return!

"The condo sits on the fourth floor of the main building with stunning views of the lake. The evenings and sunsets on the fourth floor deck were nothing short of extraordinary. We also enjoyed the location which made evening walks into town short and simple. The staff was super friendly and check-in was a breeze. The grounds were well maintained and the pool/hot tub offered a great escape during the hot days and cool evenings. The pool side bar appeared to be new this year and was a great addition for beverages on the water front deck. The condo itself was well maintained and fully stocked for cooking, which allowed us to prepare some great meals when we were not partaking of the local cuisine. We also found City of Chelan welcoming from the friendly staff at Starbucks to the golf pro at the city municipal course who comped us some beverages. All of this made our long weekend memorable and our stay at Grandview relaxing and pleasurable.

"We did enjoy the condo and location. Perfect for walking places and beautiful views from the balcony. Pool was very pleasant as well. Beds were comfy although I was not thrilled with the sunlight in the King bedroom because I like it dark when I sleep :-) The condo could be a little better stocked for those of us who prefer to eat in and not go out to eat. Needed a cookie sheet, more spoons (only 1 small one available), pot holders, new cutting board (the one in the kitchen looked pretty bad and I was afraid to use it). We will be back. Thank you!

"We have stayed at the Grandview before but this condo was by far the best! The view of the lake from the living room, dining room and balcony are beautiful. The condo is clean and well furnished. We will stay again next year!

"For the first time in many years (and we've been regulars for about 15 years), the management was fantastic. After our experience last year, we were going to give the Grandview one more try. It did not disappoint. Staff was professional, helpful and courteous, the manager at the snack/pool bar was great and the room was in good condition. We had a group of about 27 people and more people want to come next year.

"Room 403 is modernized, on the top floor, overlooks the sundeck and has a spectacular view up the lake. I can’t decide what view from the room is more beautiful; the water, the mountains or the sky. Maybe the combination of the three and especially the sunset. We will be coming back for sure.

"We arrived on a Thursday afternoon, and were able to check in early. We checked out Sunday morning. We had a great time. The room was good, and the view was beautiful. It was a wonderful and excellent mini-vacation. But the hotel seemed understaffed. There was bad damage to the outside of the refrigerator door (very unsightly).
