The reason for the 4 instead of 5 relates to the difference between units, created by the individual owners. What we have learned is there are owners who create an environment that really makes you think you are in their home (Games, books, plenty of hangers, even honor system free bottles of wine) and then there are ones who have it as starkly finished as their association requirements demand. The facility is 5 star and location is the best in Chelan with world class views. There is a difference however in the experience from unit to unit. All in all, we will be going back to Chelan many times in the future and GrandView is our lodging of cchoice.
