We originally booked the King Suite room with a jacuzzi tub and lake view for our Honeymoon stay in Chelan for a couple of days. Unfortunately a month before we were to check in we got an email with pictures showing us the room which was not what we booked and was in the lower room in the corner. That room (713) was not at all what we wanted or expected and it also had a broken toilet button. Grandview staff made things right by looking at open rooms and letting us move rooms to accommodate us better within a couple of hours of us arriving/unpacking. We had a nice stay and things were clean and hospitable. The amenities and grass/pool area could be updated and kept up better.
