Basic room

I understand this is a low end basic room which was fine for the price. We have stayed in different units at the Grandview and have always been happy. My complaint is that the room smelled aweful, a combination of state cigarette smoke and old stinky carpeting. The room needs new carpeting. The bed was comfortable enough but not great. The bathroom was fine. I would definitely not rent this room again.
